When Julia accidentally dies during the show, Robert blames Alfred for his death, and they become enemies. The two became renowned physicians and competed, undermining their appearance on stage. While Alfred removes the successful trick, Robert engages in trying to reveal his opponent’s secrets, with disastrous results.
