Plot: Jen and a group of friends went for a walk on the Appalachian route. Despite warnings to stay on the trail, hikers wander from trails and intersections to the land inhabited by the foundation, a hidden community of mountain dwellers who use deadly means to protect their way of life. Suddenly, during the siege, Jen and her friends seem to be returning without Jen’s father being able to reach them in time.
