The young Oscar protects his best friend Loux, murders his violent father and forces him to flee his hometown. His innocence disappears when he learns about love, crime and corruption. Fifteen years later, he has forgotten his past and becomes the director of a missing children’s ensemble. When Loux moves to the same city in search of a better life, he finds a job with a curly private eye. Loux stumbles across the Oscar report of a missing child in old age and takes on the task of finding the boy who saved his life.
